The Rheinland Pfalz Saar is a German warm blood horse that originated in Rhineland and Saarland. These are mainly sport horses that can be used for dressage, show jumping, events and driving. They are large framed horses and are quite elegant to look at. These horses were breed professionally in the year of 1977 and it is still being continued. Germany by itself has a rich history in horse breeding and most of the German horses are believed to have excellent sportsmanship. Warm blood horses are lesser found and most of the German bred horses are usually hot blood.
